- Prepare and review delinquency reports
- Mail collection letters per terms in board established and approved Collection policy
- Apply late and collection charges to homeowner ledgers
- Transfer accounts to attorney for collections at the direction of the board
- Provide account ledgers and status updates to attorney upon request
